If you sign up for emails, I'll only contact you with your permission and you can unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of the email.
Where Your Data is Stored

- Everfit — coaching app used to deliver workout programmes and track client progress
- Supabase — secure database used to store data for digital products and apps
- Lovable — website hosting platform
- Jotform — online forms including onboarding, PAR-Q and enquiry forms
- Stripe — payment processing for coaching services, memberships and digital products
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email marketing platform
- WhatsApp — used for client communication and community support
All tools I use are GDPR-compliant and selected with data protection in mind. All devices I use are password-protected and monitored for security.
Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed under:
- Contract – to deliver the coaching services and digital products you've signed up for
- Consent – when you opt in to marketing or give explicit permission
- Legitimate interests – such as improving services and ensuring your safety
- Special category data (e.g. health info) – processed under GDPR Article 9(2)(f) for safe delivery of fitness/nutrition support
How Long I Keep Your Data
I keep your information for up to 7 years after we finish working together, in case it's needed for legal or insurance purposes.
